Phoenix EMS offers end-to-end support across the entire asset lifecycle, combining Australian engineering expertise with global manufacturing capabilities.
Front-End Engineering & Design: We provide comprehensive design packs including short-circuit and arc-flash assessments, protection coordination, harmonic analysis, and full 2D/3D CAD and BIM/Navisworks coordination.
Manufacturing & Integration: Operating from over 4,000m² of Australian workshop space, we handle precision fabrication, wiring, and assembly, ensuring clean build practices with segregated control and power systems.
Verification & Testing: All assemblies undergo routine verification per AS/NZS 61439. We conduct functional Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with customers, including PLC logic and HMI simulation, prior to delivery.
Site Installation & Commissioning: Our team supports supervision or turnkey installation, commissioning, and energization, along with Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and handover dossiers.
After-Sales Support: We ensure operational continuity through training, spares packages, upgrades/retrofits, and rapid response for critical asset maintenance.

Motor Control Centres (MCCs): Available in fixed, plug-in, and withdrawable configurations to meet site Form requirements. Our MCCs support intelligent motor control (IMCC) with Fieldbus/IIoT connectivity and offer advanced options like arc-fault mitigation and harmonic filtering.
Main & Sub Switchboards: Engineered for site mains and process areas, our switchboards feature Form-rated segregation and integrate Eaton xEnergy switchgear within CUBIC modular structures or custom Phoenix EMS steelwork.
Outdoor Kiosks & Electrical Housings: We manufacture pad-mount and skid/transportable kiosks with high IP and IK ratings, featuring UV and corrosion-resistant finishes designed for harsh coastal and industrial environments.
Turnkey Control Rooms & E-Houses: Prefabricated solutions for power distribution and control, fully fitted with cable management, HVAC, fire systems, and earthing to ensure rapid site deployment.
Drive Cells & VSD Suites: Dedicated enclosures for Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), complete with input/output filters, braking modules, and specialized heat load control and EMC segregation.
Isolation Assemblies (AC & DC): Ranging from visible-break AC isolators for maintenance safety to DC isolators for PV arrays and battery systems, designed with arc suppression and touch-safe terminals.
Source Transfer Solutions: Manual, motorized, or fully automatic transfer switches (ATS) for reliable switching between mains, generators, and UPS backup sources.
